Can doctors take advantage of patients under anasthesia before doing a dnc abortion?

Mainly because
1.the people coming for abortions lack parental or social support
2.its impossible to find if the woman was taken advantage without her knowledge as the surgery involves vagina
3.as the people taking advantage may not value the integrity of the women as they are going for an abortion(i.e the doc may percieve her to be a bad person and hence take advantage of her)
(advantage like-sexually abusing, documenting the procedure or doing pelvic exams without consent)

Can it happen with ladies around as well (due to hospital hierarchies like doc s asking nurse to wait outside)

Can it happen in clinics or in hospitals too govt or public reputed or not...

Personal incident:
My girlfriend had to go through an abotion we were told the CRNA would leave after sedation which we find hard to believe and she was inside the operation theatre for 1hour 15mins in which for 25-30mins she was unconscious.she was female doctor charged us 14k for dnc with ultrasound but we fear something may have went wrong inside.(there were 2 nurses 2 doc s all female and 1 male anasthesiologist with her till she was awake).I was not told when the procedure actually started.HOSPITAL-billroth chennai.

It was my girl friend who got the fear first since she was not able to account for herself and i too got it now.

please answer us clearly
thanks in advance

I think the fear has unnecessarily got fixed in your mind. By & large, qualified doctors never resort to any such thing. Moreover, it is not at all possible with so many people around. I do admit that there can be exceptions, as in all professions & groups. They would become obvious with their abnormal conduct and they would carry that negative reputation with them. But don't presume too many things. Think with a positive mind frame and remove such negative thoughts from your mind, the earlier the better.
