My sister s 20 yrs old. She s slim. Not under weight. Her problem s she s very weak.Of late She has developed more appetite for food, and if she dosnt eat when she s feeling hungry she becomes very tired and restless... Dr said her stamina s low. she s taking multivitamins. Is this apetite for food normal? she s going to get married soon. Wt food she can take to increase her stamina and immunity.Pls suggest considering her married life.
