I'm 19 years old.From two week I'm filling toothache in my gum. But there is no infection or spot.I brush my teeth two times a day. Now what can I do ?

The toothache can be related to either a gum infection or a tooth inflammation. In either case you will have to get yourself checked by a dentist to see if there is any accumulation of tartar or whether your tooth has decay or in certain cases crack lines through which infection can spread inside a tooth.
