Free Health Counseling is a voluntary service through which doctors (i.e. Health Counselors) offer simple online counseling to patients.
Its popularity among patients and doctors is self evident as we have over 250 Health Counselors across 40 medical specialties and about 18,000 registered patients using our portal. We have more than 8000 answered queries archived in our Health Library.

How Free Health Counseling Works
- Registered patients of our portal send queries regarding their medical concerns.
- An email alert with a link to the patient’s query is forwarded to all the Health Counselors in the related specialty
- The doctor, who accepts the query first, will be given the privilege to answer the query within 24 hours and other doctors on the panel will not be able to answer the same query.
- The answered query is published in the Health Library without disclosing the patient’s identity
- Simultaneously, an email alert with a link to the doctor’s answer is sent to the patient.
