I have been sufferring from acidity problem for more than five years now. On and off i have been taking Omeprazole,rabeprazole or Pantoprazole on the advice of doctors. Everytime the attack comes i have to go on medication for atleast 20 days and each time i have to go on for different combination because of drug resistance. Last year i took endoscopy which said Grade-I duodinitis. Also having gastric problem. I would like to know whether there is any permanent remedy for this so that i can restore back to my normal days. Dear Doctor I am 37 years old and married having a son and a daughter I am having stomachace problem for a quite a long time I was operated for appendicites, GJ operation and piles (ie prolated piles). Still the pain persists then doctor advised me to take abdomen scan & find multiple gall stones. For your infn during 1998 I did't have gall stone. Then they told that it is better to remove the gall bladder then things will be set. Accordingly I underwent laproscopic surgery for gall bladder removal during 2004. So also the same kind of pain i am experiencing for the past one month and also i am getting burning /pain sensation in my back also. Recently I did endoscopy and they told that it is because of epigastric. I am a non alcoholic, non smoker, pure veg. Dear Doctor my Age-33, male, 56 kgs and height 175 cm ---10 years back i have suffered with acidity for 4 years and taken medicine containing Ranitidine ---and then suffered with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) for the period of 3 years taken the medicine "monoctyl" for this IBS. ---- then i have been sufferred continously by the desease "Ameabiasis" for the period of 3 years, using medicine like norbid 400 and metrogyl ,ameabiasis but after compleating the treatment immidiatly with in a period of 8 to 10 days again i was infected with the ameabiasis -----Since then i am suffering with throat infection,while seeing ,the throat is having red bubbles inside and my tonsils are also get swelling.then with in 2 to 3 days i will suffer with feaver, sheavering gettinng Cold and my nasals are totally blocked, taking anti biotics like Azuwak,Azythrocine, zythrocine and presently i am using Roxid-150 mg since one year. -- facing this repeated throat infection every 15 to 20 days , due --doctors says that it is a bhronchitis allergy or/and is synoucitis/is due to unevn function of digestive system the heat transferred from stomach to throat and the throat get iritating --- my blood test report says that sgot is 45 and sgpt is 66 and the ultrasound scanning of my total abdomen is normal. Hello Doctor, What is the difference in Piles and Fissure. How can one make out whether he is suffering fom Piles or Fissure and whom should we consult - A General Surgeon or any Specialist is there. I am a 38 year old man and having a problem with my stools. Some times it is painfull but there is no bleeding. I feel uneasiness and a great amount of Itching after passing the stools and which remains for 4 to 5 Hours. This problem is not of the regular nature and occurs mostly in the begining of winters. What precaution should I take and / or should I consult the doctor before reaching to any conclusion.
